Hi - I am a new user with very limited tech knowledge (I can follow instructions but don't have a clue what a lot of the terminology means 
) I am trying to add media libraries but don't get the option to install or add a library, I just get the loading screen as in the attachment. Could someone please help me (in plain english 
) and tell me what I am doing wrong?

ADDED: Tried uninstalling, deleted all Jellyfin files and re-installed but now it can't even connect to the server (my desktop) and therefore I can't even get to the add library page. I fear I may have cocked everything up.
