SOLVED: Intel Arc A310 won't transcode

FYI I was able to fix my problem. I downloaded the 6.11 proxmox kernel in OMV7 following this video below

I am guessing that the backported 6.12 kernel I was using from debian backports did not include all the drivers needed to run the a310 correctly
