That is a perfectly reasonable setup for your needs. One thing that you should consider is the size of the case and number of SATA connections your selected motherboard has. How many disks do you plan to add now vs in the future. I pretty much had exactly what you've selected for a while. But I ended up getting a much larger case and now I've had to add a PCIe 1x SATA card for additional hard drives that my mATX board doesn't have enough connections for.
Having said that, I don't particularly like really big hard drives. I opted for smaller drives in a ZFS RAIDZ1 array. So that problem may be unique to me.
If you're certain of your future storage needs, ignore that part of my advise. But do keep it in mind.
