Is Jellyfin running on the NAS, or is it accessing the shares over the network from another device?
Also make sure real-time monitoring is enabled on your libraries, and make sure TMDB or whichever scraper plugin you're using is configured properly.

Storage: Synology DS220+ CIFS mounts
Clients: Jellyfin4Kodi (Addon Mode), Android, Android TV, Roku, Symfonium
