If you did switch from jellyfin/jellyfin to linuxserver/jellyfin, that would cause your prior install to "disappear" since the two images are not freely interchangeable. Linuxserver locates their config files different enough that migrating is difficult.

Yes, there is data in the two folders called CONFIG and CACHE. There are files/folders dated prior to the jellyfin:jellyfin install and files/folders from the original install of linuxserver:jellyfin install. As a reminder, I installed the jellyfin:jellyfin because the linuxserver:jellyfin installation disappeared - interface wise. Yet the files/folder are still present. So I am wondering what may have caused the crash? And can my original configuration be saved/restored that this point?
