AFAIK, no. I just setup a cronjob to run a script that stops the container and copies Jellyfin's docker folder to another backup directory. Then Duplicati will push that backup to Google Drive and keep 30 days of differentials.
Having said that, there is a lot of discussion about integrating a backup function into Jellyfin. Definitely on the dev team's radar as an official feature.
