SOLVED: Transcoding got stuck turned on for some IP channels somehow

Not sure whether to submit bug report RE: Transcoding got "stuck turned on" for certain IPTV channels (I thought I had transcoding disabled)

What CPU do you have? That error message in your ffmpeg log usually means you enabled low power encoding (which you did), but you didn't do the additional configuration needed to enable it in the operating system.

It also looks like you are using VAAPI instead of QSV.
