Jellyfin windows server install.
Was working perfectly for a long time on latest version.
Now suddenly no user can connect? not even me, on the server device? no windows update, no change to network, just suddenly this:

We're unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again.

I thought the user data base may have become corrupt but even when loading a backup that I know was fine, i still have same problem.
The server is running, i can visit the server via web, internally and externally.
Multiple server restarts, network restarts, used a backup inc ase the userdata somehow was corrupted, still unable to login with any user, even admin, on the server device. Im baffled.
Ive tried changing the flag from True to False in <IsStartupWizardCompleted> and it errored when trying to create a new admin. very weird.
