Can't log in with simultaneous sessions on

Can you do to Dashboard > Devices and trying cleaning up all the device tokens in there for this user?

After the password reset there was zero devices for that user under Devices. Seems they were automatically removed by the reset. 

But perhaps just visually? That they're not really-really deleted when password reset.
