Without knowing the exact history of your server, I can't say for sure.
My jellyfin install has been running solid for over two years without corruption. As have many other users.
The most common cause of database corruption is either the disk filling up completely or the host crashes hard or there is a power outage. Or some other reason for the host to not shut down gracefully.
I'm not sure you have many options if you don't have any known good backups. Other than starting over.
