The app requires the latest Roku server release. The legacy app is in the Roku Store. Search for Jellyfin Legacy
If you have the latest server, try logging out and logging back in on the app. (Profile image, asterisk, sign out.) You can also check your Roku app settings. (go up to profile image, settings, user interface) and make sure everything looks good, esp "use web clients home screen." I've been using this app for months, since the beginning.
