Problems accessing my server, local and tailscale

I decided to create my server using a raspberry that I had lying around, but now after setting up tailscale to access it from outside my network, the server just doesn't connect, neither local nor tailscale.
I don't have anything done so I can create a new installation, what is the correct way to setup the server to be accessible by both local and tailscale?
On other apps I just launch tailscale and it work automatically by entering the corresponding IP, but with jellyfin it looks like the different IP are associated with different servers.
