Same here (ISP locked router issue)
Its rather the normal situation, in Europe at least.
A solution is to purchase your own router that will handle the DSL connection instead of the one provided by your ISP.
Then you can config anything you need.
That's what most people having a homelab do
You can also build your own router running pfSense or OPNsense (what I did)
