It is on the same network as the server. The server’s IP is 192.168.1.200. All I know is that it’s there, as I don’t know the IP address.

You would need to check if the Windows firewall is configured to allow port 8096 or allow jellyfin.exe in its entirety. You should also check whether your network adapter is set to public or private. Should be private as that is what Jellyfin creates rules for during installation.

Also, what IP are you using on the Android box? Your local or public address? And is it on the same network as the server?
