SOLVED: Playback error for any file - Details do not match for play item

Can't play back more than one video without restarting container/server

Solved... Through tracking back the ItemID to the media, it looks like it was a cached intro video from an Intro plugin that no longer worked that it just decided tonight to start trying to play this intro over and over.
