Go into the main Jellyfin log and search for "IsInLocalNetwork". This will appear every time playback is initiated on any client.
I did not set a rate limit, unless it's set by default. I have no actual upload limit since I have a fast internet connection and everything is just being used locally on my network. I'm not using a NAS or any sort of external streaming outside of my home network. I've had no issues with the devices being found.
This also brings me to another question. How can it be a server setting if the legacy version of the app works with HDR while using the same server?
