    I saw that the duplicates have different names for some reason. In the screenshot I attached, Harry Potter has 2 collections: "Harry Potter La Colección" (new) and "Harry Potter - Colección" (old), The Godfather -> "El Padrino - La Trilogía" (new) and "El Padrino - Colección" (old)... and stuff like that.

    So, I disabled the "Add automatically to a collection" button in the library options, just in case something weird happened with that. Now, it seems to be working. I always had that button enabled, so what changed?
