Raspberry Pi 3B+ Crashing

Server crashes when browsing Library media files

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? I can watch the CPU Usage exceed 100% and go up to 180% and usually crash around there when I go into Jellyfin and into a Library. Temp looks a bit high at mid-60's so I've turned on a 5v fan I have on the case.

I can however, get into a show or movie and watch them just fine. Sometimes I can click into a show from the main page of Jellyfin and start watching it that way, it only crashes when trying to load pictures and info in a Library.
