For my setup, which only has one IPTV channel, I've never had issues with skipping nor do I need to check auto looping. But there have been many users here that DID need to enable auto looping to get more than a few seconds out of their provider's stream. AFAIK, they did not have issues with stuttering or skipping like you've described.
So it is possible it is a problem with the provider.
You mentioned you came from Plex, did this issue occur with Plex? What happens if you play the M3U file in VLC or MPV?
Can you initiate a live TV session then afterwards provide your jellyfin log via privatebin.net? I'll take a look to see if there is something else going on. If there are ffmpeg logs associated with the live TV playback, share those too.
well, Plex didn't have the ability to stream m3u files directly, so that's why I decided to switch to Jellyfin, I was using some work around which also had a bunch of issues, but I don't know if those issues are related to what was happening here.
https://privatebin.net/?3e7a6288c4cfbe59...MmuEkRP445 here are the logs, It's worth mentioning I sent both files' contents, the one that says ffmpeg and the one that doesn't say it, I don't know which one you'd want me to send you.
I do notice that the stuttering issue is coming back, however. Because It seems to every so often have a new issue, notably, it stutters, then plays, stutters again, plays again, then stops entirely, also the auto loop doesn't occur fast enough to where the stream can be played properly. I did enable the setting you told me to enable, which did resolve it or so I originally thought.
