Audio to "2nd streaming device" checkbox

Giving this a little more thought, I'm realizing the clock timing between the TV and the PC would probably drift over the course of an hour or so and there wouldn't really be a way to define a master (and why something like a Shield or CoreElec'd mini-PC is a popular alternative).
