Jellyfin not scanning for shows

after adding the shows library, jellyfin doesn't seems to scan for files

Huzzah!

Yes, for whatever reason, India/Indian ISPs block TMDB but not TVDB nor other metadata providers.

Definitely a strange choice to block just TMDB.
