How do I remove plugin-created media libraries?

There's no option to remove these, including in the dashboard.

These folders show up in the "My Media" section on the homepage:

However, when I go to the dashboard and attempt to remove them, they don't show up:

The plugins that provided these folders aren't even installed; I uninstalled them and their folders remained. Is there a way to remove these?
