Server Auto-Run/Start on Windows 10

Refering to this post in this thread that came up from Google but I couldn't find before.

If you click start and type "services.msc" it will open the service manager.  Find the jellyfin service and one of the tabs controls what user the service runs as.  Change the service user to run as your user or some other user that has access to the network share.

I had to access the JF service in Services and change the user away from Local /Network to my actual user name with the proper MS password and then re-start the service and BAM JF can see those network shared folders now. 

Still don't understand why there is no start menu or system tray abilities?

And hoping to swap in the back-up of my once working server instead of starting over from scratch (for the umpteenth time) then getting Caddy working again to be back to regular scheduled programing. And need to get out to vote as well!
