Cant get hardware transcoding to work

I also forgot to mention a few other things - I am accessing it through a nginx proxy using nginxproxymanager (i do have the no proxy buffering setting set)

- Also it seems to stream much better with max 1080p set, previously I noticed it was streaming about 500mbs to the browser every other second, with 1080 set as the resolution it appears to be getting around 600 fps lol and a bitrate of 670 (without hardware transcoding enabled)
