Are you using the Jellysearch/Meilisearch plugin? This happened to me once and just turned out that the Meili database hadn't synched yet.

Specifics:
Jellyfin 10.11.3 (docker) on Debian 12.6 // N100 16GB
Storage: Synology DS220+ CIFS mounts
Clients: Jellyfin4Kodi & Jellycon, Android, Android TV, Roku
