    Disk Hibernation - again

    Disks do not Hibernate on Synology NAS with SSD

    Synology does have an issue, almost everything you run has some logging and wakes up the disks. However if you use an SSD for the main disk and move all the logging there, it will just keep the SSD "awake" and let all other drives hibernate until needed. It works perfectly with DS Video, but they are discontinuing support for that.
