I figured it out! It was something with how my NTFS drives were mounted. They were mounted but not mounted the way Linux or Jellyfin liked them to be mounted. After toying around with it for an hour, and with the help of an AI chatbot, I was able to get everything properly mounted and remove the old garbage mount points that Linux made automatically. Whew! :P
P.S
I know NTFS doesn't work well with Linux but I don't have another drive large enough to move my stuff over so I can reformat it. Don't laugh at me!
