In the start menu or a run box type “sysdm.cpl” and open that up.

I got rid of the ffmpeg from my environment variables and I've seen progress of a sort. Now when I click the tray icon I get a big splash screen saying Jellyfish but nothing else happens.
I'm not sure what the other System Variables you're referring to are. Do I just clear out all of the Environment Variables in the System Properties?
Edit: Never mind, turned out that was a Chrome issue, there's an extension I have that blocks HTML5 playing. Disabling the extension for that page and/or using a different browser works great. Thanks!
