This happened b/c you selected "Strip Keywords from Title" in the TMDb Box Sets plugin, which made a duplicate entry without the word collection. There are several ways to fix this, I'll outline one method below.
- Unselect "Strip Keywords from Title" option from the TMDb Box Sets in Dashboard->Plugins.
- Shutdown the server
- Delete all collection folders in your Jellyfin data directory \jellyfin\data\collections (you'll see all the collection folders in here)
- Restart the server
- In Dashboard->Library go to your Collections and trigger a scan of your library. This will remove all the folders you just deleted.
- In Dashboard->Scheduled tasks manually run the Scan library for new box sets. This will recreate your collections.
