"Continue Watching" not updating to reflect new content

Interesting update that may be a clue as to what is going on: If I watch something that is currently in the Continue Watching row, it'll update and move to the beginning of the row. But if I watch something that is NOT currently in the Continue Watching row, it doesn't get added.
