SOLVED: Issues streaming to phone

I want to be able to listen to my music while walking around the house, so having Jellyfin streamed to my iPhone 6 would be beneficial. I set up Jellyfin on my Windows 11 (on an external hard drive that I keep constantly plugged in) and watching movies on my PC is fine but sometimes, I don't want to sit at my PC just to listen to music. In my opinion, I have tried everything (I've resorted to believing that my PC has something broken with LAN 😭). Here is what I've done:

• Set up 2 firewall rules (port 8096, jellyfin.exe) (just in case one didn't work, I have 2)    
  
• Checked “Allow remote connections to this server” (I left every text box blank on the Networking page)     
  
• Restarted both of my devices (Now that I think about it, I should restart the router too 🤔)
  
• Set my “Network Profile” to Private     
  

I don't know what else to do. Is it because it's going from an Ethernet-connected device to a Wi-Fi connected device? Is it because of my PCs ability to connect to devices connected to a local network? I am in no way experienced in Network Technology, so please, help.
