To update: I booted my tablet running android and video is working fine there. So, I would guess I've done something to change the settings on my phone.
I tried downloading some video players (VLC, MPV) thinking could just need a codex installed, but those have not fixed anything.
Oddly, video works on the other apps I've tried (Youtube, Imgur, Paramount Plus) just not on Jellyfin.
I did change the Video Player Type from 'Integrated Player' to 'Web Player' and that did fix the issue. But, I do like being able to use picture-in-picture a lot and that is only supported using the Integrated Player. Is there a way to 'fix' my Integrated Player?
I was able to access my sever logs and can see an error showing up each time that I try to play a video:
emby.server.implementations.httpserver.websocketmanager: WS"100.95.201.200" error receiving data: "the remote party closed the websocket connection without completing the close handshake."
I found some references to this on Git, but the latest on them say this issue was resolved for them in previous patches: https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin/issues/12090
