Jellyfin 10.10.7 not starting

Shutdown the server and remove the migrations.xml file and set

Code:

 <IsStartupWizardCompleted>true</IsStartupWizardCompleted>

in the system.xml to false. The system should now be able to start.

When you back in make sure to set IsStartupWizardComplete back to true.
