SOLVED: Metadata addition/edition stopped working

After some manual edition on TV Shows files, the metadata does not seem to work.

Well, I tried many things and I came to the conclusion that running on unstable Jellyfin was not my best idea. I re-installed Jellyfin and stick with the latest flag such that I only use stable version from now. I will also backup my files from now.
