Try the following please:
Foldername: "Mikey 17 (2025)"
Filenames: "Mikey 17 (2025) - 4k.mkv" / "Mikey 17 (2025) - 1080p.mkv"
You can also check "where" the files are from -> click the three dots and select the "mediainformation" -> check the filepath to see if maybe you got them doubled somewhere
