Sorry, but I think you are misinformed what a NAS actually is and how it works: it is just a PC like any other one with the sole purpose of making disk space available on a network. There are no energy/environmental benefits compared to running a small PC with a bunch of disks attached, because that's what it actually is! Only difference is the software installed, which is barebones, usually behind in terms of software releases and difficult to access.
For the purpose of running a Jellyfin server, a NAS makes no sense at all.
