Diret play doesnt work with .strm file

Diret play doesnt work with .strm file

I made a script , which create .strm file by the link of my isp provided movie server . But problem is if file is big or hvec . I takes unlimited time to load . Direct play is not working for it . All .strm is runnable with vlc player .
