Generate show and season thumbnails from random videos

I have the same problem in libraries defined as "Shows". Epiosode pictures are either generated or fetched from the individual episode files (or internet) but if the show is unknown to the lookup servers, the show "poster" is left blank.

However, if I define it as a Video library instead, Jellyfin seems to be perfectly able to generate a thumbnail/poster for each directory containing video files (individual episode files)
