Nothing works for me...

tried restart the NAS;
tried remove all docker/jellyfin files, reinstall it.
clear browser cache, cookies, etc;
tried different browser;
restart PC;
restart router;

it just won't load the server anymore, only stuck at ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
