Duplicate artist entries

It seems that the MusicBrainz name is used (even when telling Jellyfin not to)

I have the same issue, they're tagged exactly the same but one points to the jellyfin internal /var/lib path and the other to the media location with local metadata.
Not sure how to get rid of it, can I just delete the jellyfin internal path or?
