Silly question, but you also have Kodi Sync Queue enabled in the Kodi addon?

Specifics:
Jellyfin 10.11.3 (docker) on Debian 12.6 // N100 16GB
Storage: Synology DS220+ CIFS mounts
Clients: Jellyfin4Kodi & Jellycon, Android, Android TV, Roku
