Hardware transcoding error (AMD GPU)

my turn, i have a windows setup running ryzen 7700 and a dgpu gtx 970. my problem is with the igpu is giving me some errors. i think i setup the transcodes correcly

according to cpu monkey :



i dont know whats happening, playing direcly the file with the android app or browser gave this error, playing another title with force transcode (selecting lower bitrate) gave the same results
