Jellyfin gets stuck on the splash screen when I open it and when I try to close the server and restart it I get this error. This has happened to me twice. The first time was when I installed it for the very first time. After using Jellyfin for a month or so it happened again. I went to watch a show and it would never load, that's when I noticed this problem happened again. I fixed it last time by reinstalling it twice and it randomly fixed it on the second try. I'm worried about reinstalling it again and losing all my settings.

Edit- I restarted my PC and can get past the splashscreen but now I can no longer log in. I get "Connection Failure"
