I haven't used Jellyfin in a while and I have recently installed Tailscale and upgraded to Win 11, so maybe one of those is related. I've seen a lot of similar threads here but none of them seem to have an answer. When I go to http://localhost:8096/web/ I get the Jellyfin login screen, which used to work. When I enter my username and password it says
"Connection Failure
We're unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again."
I tried in Firefox, in Chrome, and in Chrome in an incognito window. No luck.
So I opened the log file and I am not qualified to understand almost any of this.
I tried using Process Explorere to find what is locking

C:\ProgramData\Jellyfin\Server\data\jellyfin.db and C:\ProgramData\Jellyfin\Server\data\library.db but it didn't find anything for either. I also checked the permissions on both and it seems all users have read & write permissions. At this point I don't know if I'm looking at the right issue or what to do next.
