I tried out Ampcast recently and it’s a pretty neat tool if you’re into organizing music from multiple sources in one place. The Jellyfin and YouTube support stood out to me because I bounce between local libraries and streaming a lot. The visualizers give it a fun, retro feel, which kind of makes me nostalgic for old Winamp skins. I did run into some hiccups when setting up last.fm integration, but nothing worse than the usual tech quirks. It’s way less stressful than trying to reach google customer service, that’s for sure. For a free desktop app, it’s worth experimenting with.
