What operating system are you running? I would assume Linux or your Jellyfin install is virtualized. You need to grant the user running Jellyfin permissions to the media you've mounted, otherwise it can't play anything. You can do this with chmod or chown in Linux, but you need to make sure you fix the issue in your host OS, not in a docker container (if applicable).
