SOLVED: VPN "Kill Switch" breaks Jellyfin Server

I previously reported that Jellyfin would not boot. After some investigation, I found that the issue was related to the VPN kill switch.nano banana ai I have updated the thread to reflect this, but I will leave the original post as is for consistency and to help anyone else experiencing the same issue.
