Extremely weird bug, 0 folders, hidden accessible library??

Btw, all my metadata seems intact (images, descriptions, watch data), except the libraries itself.

Is it possible to readd a library without a metadata scan? I have hundreds of custom covers I wouldn't want to lose!!
