Thanks that's what I wasn't sure about to put them in as parts or as separate films
I shall treat them as individual movies.

I am talking about the naming structure before it's been added into the library.
It's not necessary to follow that and you can still get away with it, but if you put all movies in 1 folder then that folder will be cluttered with metadata, logos, posters, thumbnails, etc.
I do make separate folders but I do not rename the mkv files, and so far I've never had an issue with wrong metadata.
I do have folders but all my films are on a NAS and I use a seperate system for Jellyfin
