Transcoding Stopping for IPTV Streams

When I end Caddy on the host, the remote client can't connect to the domain. Which, as I'm typing it out, doesn't make a ton of sense with my (limited) understanding, I thought Caddy was responsible for making the DNS domain connection more secure to lower the chance of getting hacked.
